How to Check on JAMB CAPS
Right now, the official first stop is the JAMB CAPS portal. It may feel like yet another login, but that is the way in.
- Visit the JAMB EFacility page.
- Log in with your JAMB username and password.
- Scroll to find Check Admission Status.
- Select Access my CAPS.
- Click on Admission Status to view your result.
If you see “Admission Still in Progress” or “Not Admitted”, just breathe. It might change at any moment. Like a bus delay in Lagos, it can test your patience but it usually comes.
Steps After an Offer
Those who see the green light, congratulations. But pause, the process is not over yet.
- Send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using the same phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
- Print your JAMB admission letter.
Only after this should you move to the school’s own portal.

Apart from JAMB CAPS, the school also provides its own route.
- Head over to the NEKEDEPOLY admission portal.
- Enter your application number.
- Click Login and view your status.
It is straightforward, though the site may sometimes be slow if many students log in at once. Patience again, my friend.
