BUK Extend Post-UTME Screening Form for 2025/2026 Session – with Cut-Off Marks

Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has officially opened its online Post-UTME/DE screening for the 2025/2026 admission session. If you selected BUK as your first choice during the 2025 UTME and meet the departmental cut-off mark for your chosen course, this is your chance to apply.

The management of BUK has extended the deadline for the Post-UTME online screening exercise.

  • New closing date: Sunday, 14th September, 2025
    All candidates who are yet to complete their registration are strongly advised to do so before the deadline, as no further extension will be granted.

Who is Eligible?

To qualify for the screening, you must:

  • Have chosen BUK as your first choice in the 2025 UTME.
  • Meet the faculty-specific cut-off mark (see below).

How to Apply for BUK Post-UTME 2025

Follow these simple steps to complete your screening:

Step 1: Visit the official BUK portal and click on “2025 UTME Online Screening Exercise”.

Step 2: Log in with your JAMB details:

  • Username: JAMB Registration Number
  • Password: UTME aggregate score

Step 3: Complete the online form carefully. (Note: Your JAMB photo will be used, so no need to upload a new one).

Step 4: Pay the ₦2,000 screening fee.

  • A Personalised Payment Invoice (PPI) with a Remita code will be generated.
  • You can pay online with an ATM card or internet banking.
  • Or print the invoice and pay at any commercial bank.

Step 5: Print your Acknowledgement Slip after successful payment.

  • If you pay at the bank, return to the portal, confirm your payment, and print the slip.

Important Notes

  • Only candidates who complete the online screening before the deadline will be considered for admission.
  • Keep copies of your payment slip and acknowledgement slip safe.
  • No further extension of the deadline will be given.
